Target Group

This course is intended for persons involved in the use, inspection or mounting of abrasive wheels and is designed to provide training as required under The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER 98)

Aims

At the end of the course delegates will have an understanding of current legislation and be able to demonstrate the safe fitting and use of abrasive wheels as per manufacturer's instructions.

Safety Requirements

As the instruction is carried out on site, the client’s site regulations/requirements must be adhered to.

PPE must be worn at all times throughout the instruction
