Horizon Platforms announced two new appointments in June this year.

Dave Williams who joined Horizon in February 2008 will be moving from his current role as Hire Manager within the rental arm of the business, to lead our New and Used Equipment Sales Division.

As Sales Manager of Horizon Platforms Sales Ltd, Dave will continue to develop the website, as well as embarking on an extensive email marketing campaign to yet further develop this fledgling business. He will also be offering support to the Sales Team by following up all their leads from customers wishing to purchase Access Equipment.

Dave has now enjoyed many years of experience in the Powered Access Industry. This, coupled with his passion and focus on providing the very best levels of customer service give him all the tools he requires to make a great success of this new role.

Dave’s exit from the Hire business has created a very exciting opportunity for a driven individual to pick up where he left off.

Claire Ekert

Claire Ekert

Claire Ekert joined Horizon Platforms and the Access Industry back in 2009. Since then Claire has developed into one of the best Powered Access Hire Coordinators in the UK, but is still eager to progress her career and hence accepted the offer to become Dave’s successor.

From the 1st of June, Claire will take on what we regard as the most pivotal role within Horizon. She will not only lead our Customer Service team but also oversee the efficient running of our fleet of delivery vehicles. 

We would like to take this opportunity to wish both Dave and Claire all the very best in their new roles.
